The Pie at Salvatores
Over 100 years ago pizza was brought to America from Naples. My family opened one of the first Coal Fired Brick Oven Pizzerias in New York City. In 1996, this tradition was brought to Long Island when Salvatore's Coal Oven Pizzeria was opened in Port Washington.
 

For over 10 years Salvatore's has been enjoying great success, and now with much anticipation, has opened The Pie at Salvatore's in Bay Shore, Long Island. Again an authentic Coal Fired Brick Oven has been built to ensure that our pizza is the best it can be. Our tradition is continuing and we invite you to experience pizza at its best.
